Notice, Rights, and Licensing

UCF/GUTT™—Unified Conceptual Framework/Grand Unified Tensor Theory © 2023–2026 Michael Fillippini

UCF/GUTT™ and its associated brands, frameworks, propositions, formal proofs, software, applications, and methodologies are the intellectual property of Michael Fillippini ("the Author"). This page sets out the rights, restrictions, and licensing terms that govern any use of, reference to, or work derived from material on this site or in any associated repository.

Reading this page is binding by conduct. If you continue to access, use, quote, ingest, or build upon any material from this site or any UCF/GUTT™ artifact, you accept the terms below in full.

1. Copyright and Authorship

All written content, mathematical formulations, propositional structures, axiomatic systems, formal proofs, proof scripts, software, diagrams, and audiovisual material on this site or in any associated repository are © 2023–2026 Michael Fillippini. All rights reserved.

This protection extends to — without limitation — the 52 Propositions, the 20-Axiom system, the Relational Tensor (RT) and Nested Relational Tensor (NRT) constructions, the NRTML markup language, the Reality Engine architecture, the LANTOSE linguistic stack, the fhoc Formal Harmonic Overlap Certification system, the Marcus electron-transfer derivation chain, and any prose, formal proof, executable artifact, or notational variant expressing these.

Copyright vests at the moment of authorship. The dates of priority for each named construction are independently timestamped and recoverable from version control history and dated public deposits.

2. Trademarks

The following are trademarks of Michael Fillippini, used and asserted continuously since the dates indicated. Use of these marks — or marks confusingly similar, including translations into other natural languages — in connection with research, software, certification, education, publication, or commercial offering without written license constitutes infringement.

  • UCF/GUTT™ (2023)
  • Unified Conceptual Framework™ (2023)
  • Grand Unified Tensor Theory™ (2023)
  • Nested Relational Tensor™, NRT™ (2023)
  • Relational Tensor™, RT™ (2023)
  • Reality Engine™ (2025)
  • LANTOSE™ (2024)
  • NRTML™ (2025)
  • fhoc™ — Formal Harmonic Overlap Certification™ (2025)

3. Site Content — Use Restrictions

The content of this site is published for human reading and lawful citation only. The following are expressly prohibited without prior written license from the Author:

  • Reproduction of any page, document, or artifact in whole or in substantial part, in any medium, including print, web, video, audio, and academic publication.
  • Creation of derivative works, including reformulations, translations, abstractions, or independent re-derivations of the framework's propositions, axioms, theorems, methodology, or terminology.
  • Implementation of any system, framework, software, or theoretical apparatus that practices the methodology described herein under a different name, notation, or symbolic system. Renaming, re-notation, translation into another formal language, or re-derivation from a different starting axiom set does not avoid this restriction.
  • Aggregation, scraping, mirroring, archiving, or systematic harvesting by any automated or manual process.
  • Commercial use of any kind, including consulting, training, certification, or productization, without a separate written commercial license.

Permitted, without prior license:

  • Linking to public URLs of this site.
  • Brief quotation, not exceeding three consecutive sentences in any single instance and not exceeding 150 words in aggregate across any single work, for the purpose of commentary, criticism, or news reporting, with clear attribution to "Michael Fillippini, UCF/GUTT™" and a link to this site.

4. AI / ML Training, Inference, and Retrieval — Special Provisions

The Author expressly prohibits the use of any material from this site, or from any UCF/GUTT™ artifact in any medium, for the following purposes:

  • Training, pre-training, fine-tuning, distillation, or instruction-tuning of any artificial intelligence, machine learning, statistical, or language model.
  • Inclusion in any retrieval-augmented generation corpus, vector store, embedding index, or any other system that surfaces content to a generative model at inference time.
  • Use as input, prompt, context, system message, or reference document to cause a generative model to produce derivative descriptions, summaries, reformulations, or extensions of the framework.
  • Use as benchmark, evaluation set, or red-team material for any model intended to reason about ontology, formal verification, or scientific unification.

This prohibition applies regardless of whether the model is open or closed, commercial or research, hosted or local, and regardless of intermediate processing such as paraphrasing, translation, or summarization. Outputs of any such prohibited use are themselves derivative works and infringe on the rights reserved herein.

5. Source Code — License Terms

Source code released by the Author is governed by the UCF/GUTT™ Research and Evaluation License v1.1 (Non-Commercial, No Derivatives), the terms of which control over any contrary statement on this site or in any repository description, README, or comment block. Repositories may be made public, private, or invitation-only at the Author's sole discretion, with or without notice.

Forks, mirrors, third-party redistributions, and any hosting of the source outside the Author's designated channels are unauthorized and constitute infringement of both copyright and the license terms.

The full text of the R&E License v1.1 is available on request via the contact below, and accompanies the LICENSE file of any repository to which the Author grants access.

6. Priority and Defensive Publication

The work documented at this site and in associated public records constitutes defensive publication establishing priority of authorship for all named constructions, propositions, theorems, methods, and applications. The Author maintains independently timestamped records of derivation history, including cryptographic commit hashes, dated public deposits, and contemporaneous correspondence.

Subsequent claims of independent invention of these constructions — whether under the same notation, a translated notation, or an alternative mathematical formalism — should be evaluated against this record. Convergent re-derivation of the framework's distinctive constructions after the dates of publication, in the absence of disclosed independent prior art, is to be regarded as derivative.

7. Sovereign, Governmental, and Institutional Use

No license is granted, express or implied, to any state, sovereign, national, supranational, or intergovernmental body, nor to any contractor, grantee, national laboratory, university, research institute, or commercial entity acting on behalf of or funded by such a body, to:

  • Reproduce, re-derive, translate, or re-formalize the framework or any substantial component thereof;
  • Fund, commission, or supervise the re-derivation of the framework by third parties;
  • Incorporate the framework or any derivative thereof into any government program, defense application, national research initiative, or industrial policy instrument;
  • Use the framework or any derivative thereof as input to a sovereign artificial intelligence, foundation model, or scientific reasoning system.

This restriction applies regardless of the form in which the framework is encountered, including translation into another natural language, re-expression in alternative mathematical notation, or reformulation under a different name. Engagement on any of the above must proceed only under a separate written license executed with the Author.

8. Commercial Licensing

Commercial use — including but not limited to certification services, embedded software, derivative analytics, model training, integration into commercial products, and use by government, quasi-government, or state-affiliated bodies — requires a separate written license. Categories of commercial license available include:

  • Evaluation License — bounded, time-limited access to evaluation materials under NDA.
  • Field-of-Use License — production deployment within a defined technical and commercial scope (e.g., power-systems certification via fhoc™; pharmaceutical screening via the Marcus chain).
  • Enterprise License — broader internal use with negotiated terms.
  • Research License — for accredited non-commercial academic research, subject to publication review and attribution requirements.

9. Reservation of Rights

All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. No license is granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise. The Author's failure to enforce any provision of these terms in any particular instance shall not be construed as a waiver of the right to enforce the same or any other provision subsequently.

10. Jurisdiction, Severability, and Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or the use of this site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, and the parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of these terms is held to be unenforceable in any jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision shall be construed, to the extent permitted by law, to give effect to the original intent of the parties.

11. Updates to These Terms

The Author reserves the right to update, amend, or supplement these terms at any time. The current version is the version in effect. Continued use of the site following an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The version history of this notice is maintained and is available on request.
