Notice, Rights, and Licensing

UCF/GUTT™—Unified Conceptual Framework/Grand Unified Tensor Theory © 2023–2026 Michael Fillippini

UCF/GUTT™ and its associated brands, frameworks, propositions, formal proofs, software, applications, methodologies, and derivative systems are the intellectual property of Michael Fillippini (“the Author”). This page sets out the rights, restrictions, and licensing terms governing any use of, reference to, access to, or work derived from material on this site or in any associated UCF/GUTT™ repository or artifact.

By continuing to access, use, quote, reproduce, ingest, analyze, implement, or build upon any material from this site or any UCF/GUTT™ artifact, you accept these terms in full, except where an express repository-level license grants different rights for a specifically identified repository or file set.

1. Copyright and Authorship

Except where a repository-level LICENSE file expressly grants different rights, all written content, mathematical formulations, propositional structures, axiomatic systems, formal proofs, proof scripts, software, diagrams, audiovisual materials, examples, explanations, and derivative expressions on this site or in any associated repository are © 2023–2026 Michael Fillippini. All rights reserved.

This protection extends, without limitation, to the 52 Propositions, the 20-Axiom system, the Relational Tensor (RT) and Nested Relational Tensor (NRT) constructions, the NRTML markup language, the Reality Engine architecture, the LANTOSE linguistic stack, the fhoc Formal Harmonic Overlap Certification system, the Marcus electron-transfer derivation chain, Φ-related systems, RCG-related systems, and any prose, formal proof, executable artifact, diagram, notation, or notational variant expressing these structures.

Copyright vests at the moment of authorship. The dates of priority for each named construction are independently timestamped and recoverable from version-control history, dated public deposits, contemporaneous correspondence, cryptographic commit hashes, and related records.

Nothing in this Section 1 limits rights expressly granted under Apache License 2.0 for the public repository relationalexistence/UCF-GUTT.

Use of these marks, or marks confusingly similar to them, including translations into other natural languages, abbreviations, rebrandings, or symbolic substitutions, in connection with research, software, certification, education, publication, consulting, training, commercial offerings, government programs, institutional projects, or derivative frameworks requires prior written authorization from the Author.

No repository license, including Apache License 2.0, grants any trademark rights, trade-name rights, branding rights, certification rights, or endorsement rights in UCF/GUTT™ or any associated mark.

3. Site Content — Use Restrictions

The content of this site is published for human reading, lawful citation, public notice, and limited commentary only. Except where expressly permitted below, or where a repository-level LICENSE file grants different rights for specific repository files, the following are prohibited without prior written license from the Author:

  1. Reproduction of any page, document, diagram, proof, explanation, or artifact in whole or in substantial part, in any medium, including print, web, video, audio, academic publication, training material, software documentation, or internal institutional report.
  2. Creation of derivative works, including reformulations, translations, abstractions, re-notations, re-expressions, or independent re-derivations of the framework’s propositions, axioms, theorems, methodology, terminology, architecture, or application chains.
  3. Implementation of any system, framework, software, model, certification process, or theoretical apparatus that practices the methodology described herein under a different name, notation, symbolic system, or formal language.
  4. Renaming, re-notation, translation into another formal language, or re-derivation from a different starting axiom set for the purpose of avoiding attribution, licensing, or priority.
  5. Aggregation, scraping, mirroring, archiving, systematic harvesting, or bulk collection by any automated or manual process.
  6. Commercial use of site content, restricted artifacts, applied systems, private repositories, or non-Apache-licensed UCF/GUTT™ materials, including consulting, training, certification, analytics, embedded software, model training, productization, or institutional deployment, without a separate written commercial license.

Permitted without prior written license:

  1. Linking to public URLs of this site.
  2. Brief quotation, not exceeding three consecutive sentences in any single instance and not exceeding 150 words in aggregate across any single work, for the purpose of commentary, criticism, news reporting, or scholarly discussion, with clear attribution to “Michael Fillippini, UCF/GUTT™” and a link to this site.

For avoidance of doubt, this Section 3 does not restrict rights expressly granted under Apache License 2.0 for the public repository relationalexistence/UCF-GUTT.

4. AI / ML Training, Inference, and Retrieval — Special Provisions

Except for rights expressly granted under Apache License 2.0 for the public repository relationalexistence/UCF-GUTT, the Author expressly prohibits the use of any material from this site, or from any non-Apache-licensed UCF/GUTT™ artifact in any medium, for the following purposes:

  1. Training, pre-training, fine-tuning, distillation, reinforcement learning, instruction-tuning, embedding, or adaptation of any artificial intelligence, machine learning, statistical, symbolic-reasoning, or language model.
  2. Inclusion in any retrieval-augmented generation corpus, vector store, embedding index, semantic database, knowledge graph, or other system that surfaces content to a generative model, reasoning model, or automated analysis system at inference time.
  3. Use as input, prompt, context, system message, reference document, retrieval source, synthetic-data seed, or intermediate representation to cause a generative model or reasoning system to produce derivative descriptions, summaries, reformulations, implementations, extensions, or competing frameworks.
  4. Use as a benchmark, evaluation set, red-team material, ontology test case, formal-verification target, scientific-unification prompt, or reasoning challenge for any model, system, or agent.

This prohibition applies regardless of whether the model or system is open or closed, commercial or research, hosted or local, institutional or individual, and regardless of intermediate processing such as paraphrasing, translation, compression, summarization, embedding, symbolic conversion, or reformatting.

Outputs of any prohibited use are themselves treated as derivative works and infringing uses to the maximum extent permitted by law.

For avoidance of doubt, this Section 4 does not override the Apache License 2.0 grant applicable to the public repository relationalexistence/UCF-GUTT, but it applies fully to all site content, restricted artifacts, private repositories, applied layers, unpublished derivation chains, non-Apache-licensed UCF/GUTT™ materials, and any content not expressly included within the Apache-licensed public repository.

5. Source Code — License Terms

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a repository-level LICENSE file, source code released by the Author is governed by the UCF/GUTT™ Research and Evaluation License v1.1, Non-Commercial, No Derivatives. Repositories may be made public, private, or invitation-only at the Author’s sole discretion, with or without notice.

Public Repository Exception

The public repository relationalexistence/UCF-GUTT, consisting of the public Coq core and example Python demonstration application, is licensed under Apache License 2.0 as stated in that repository.

This Apache License 2.0 grant applies only to the specific files included in that public repository and only to the rights expressly granted by Apache License 2.0.

For avoidance of doubt, the Apache License 2.0 grant for relationalexistence/UCF-GUTT does not grant any license to:

  • UCF/GUTT™ trademarks, trade names, branding, or certification marks;
  • applied layers;
  • private repositories;
  • Reality Engine™ internals;
  • fhoc™ systems or certification methods;
  • LANTOSE™;
  • NRTML™ beyond any files expressly included in the Apache-licensed public repository;
  • Φ-related systems;
  • RCG-related systems;
  • NDA-level derivation chains;
  • unpublished application modules;
  • commercial implementations;
  • certification systems;
  • private proof chains;
  • confidential architectures;
  • or any other material not expressly included in that public repository.

Forks, copies, modifications, and redistribution of the Apache-licensed public repository are governed by Apache License 2.0.

Forks, mirrors, redistribution, rehosting, copying, modification, or publication of any non-Apache-licensed UCF/GUTT™ source code, private repository material, restricted artifact, applied layer, licensed system, or unpublished derivation chain outside the Author’s designated channels remain unauthorized unless separately permitted in writing.

The full text of the UCF/GUTT™ Research and Evaluation License v1.1 is available on request via the contact below and accompanies any repository or artifact to which that license applies.

6. Priority and Defensive Publication

The work documented at this site and in associated public records constitutes defensive publication establishing priority of authorship for all named constructions, propositions, theorems, methods, systems, architectures, and applications.

The Author maintains independently timestamped records of derivation history, including version-control history, cryptographic commit hashes, dated public deposits, contemporaneous correspondence, private development archives, and related evidentiary records.

Subsequent claims of independent invention of these constructions — whether under the same notation, a translated notation, an alternative mathematical formalism, a different programming language, a different proof assistant, or a different symbolic system — should be evaluated against this priority record.

Convergent re-derivation of the framework’s distinctive constructions after the dates of publication, in the absence of disclosed independent prior art, may be treated as evidence of derivative use, copying, or unauthorized reconstruction to the maximum extent permitted by law and equity.

Nothing in this Section 6 limits rights expressly granted under Apache License 2.0 for the public repository relationalexistence/UCF-GUTT.

7. Sovereign, Governmental, and Institutional Use

Except for rights expressly granted under Apache License 2.0 for the public repository relationalexistence/UCF-GUTT, no license is granted, express or implied, to any state, sovereign, national, supranational, intergovernmental, military, intelligence, defense, or public-policy body, nor to any contractor, grantee, national laboratory, university, research institute, commercial entity, nonprofit entity, or intermediary acting on behalf of or funded by such a body, to:

  1. Reproduce, re-derive, translate, re-formalize, or operationalize the UCF/GUTT™ framework or any substantial non-Apache-licensed component thereof.
  2. Fund, commission, supervise, outsource, or direct the re-derivation or implementation of the framework by third parties.
  3. Incorporate the framework or any derivative thereof into any government program, defense application, national research initiative, industrial policy instrument, sovereign artificial intelligence system, public-sector analytics system, or strategic technology program.
  4. Use the framework, site content, restricted artifacts, private repositories, applied systems, or non-Apache-licensed materials as input to a sovereign artificial intelligence system, foundation model, scientific-reasoning system, ontology engine, simulation platform, or policy-planning system.
  5. Use non-Apache-licensed UCF/GUTT™ materials for national-security, defense, intelligence, dual-use, industrial-policy, critical-infrastructure, or strategic-technology purposes.

This restriction applies regardless of the form in which the framework is encountered, including translation into another natural language, re-expression in alternative mathematical notation, reimplementation in another proof assistant, reformulation under a different name, or encoding into software.

Engagement on any of the above must proceed only under a separate written license executed with the Author.

For avoidance of doubt, this Section 7 does not restrict rights expressly granted under Apache License 2.0 for the public repository relationalexistence/UCF-GUTT, but no sovereign, governmental, institutional, contractor, grantee, state-affiliated, or publicly funded use is licensed for non-Apache-licensed UCF/GUTT™ materials, applied systems, private repositories, trademarks, certification systems, or unpublished derivation chains absent a separate written license.

8. Commercial Licensing

Commercial use of non-Apache-licensed UCF/GUTT™ materials requires a separate written license.

This includes, without limitation:

  • certification services;
  • embedded software;
  • derivative analytics;
  • model training;
  • integration into commercial products;
  • consulting;
  • training;
  • enterprise deployment;
  • use in commercial AI systems;
  • use in scientific-reasoning platforms;
  • use in government, quasi-government, or state-affiliated projects;
  • use in defense, intelligence, critical-infrastructure, pharmaceutical, financial, energy, telecommunications, or industrial applications;
  • and use in any product, service, system, or workflow that derives commercial, strategic, institutional, or operational value from non-Apache-licensed UCF/GUTT™ materials.

For avoidance of doubt, this Section 8 does not restrict rights expressly granted under Apache License 2.0 for the public repository relationalexistence/UCF-GUTT.

Categories of commercial or controlled license may include:

  1. Evaluation License — bounded, time-limited access to evaluation materials under NDA.
  2. Field-of-Use License — production deployment within a defined technical, commercial, or institutional scope, such as power-systems certification via fhoc™, pharmaceutical screening via the Marcus chain, or other bounded applications.
  3. Enterprise License — broader internal use with negotiated terms, access limits, attribution requirements, and confidentiality provisions.
  4. Research License — for accredited non-commercial academic research, subject to publication review, attribution requirements, scope restrictions, and non-commercial-use limitations.
  5. Governmental or Institutional License — negotiated access for sovereign, governmental, quasi-governmental, institutional, or publicly funded use, subject to strict written terms.

9. Reservation of Rights

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

No license is granted by implication, estoppel, waiver, course of dealing, public availability, publication, repository visibility, citation, access, or failure to enforce.

The Author’s failure to enforce any provision of these terms in any particular instance shall not be construed as a waiver of the right to enforce the same provision or any other provision subsequently.

No public statement, repository description, README, comment block, website summary, model output, citation, or third-party characterization grants rights beyond those expressly granted in the applicable license or in a separate written agreement executed by the Author.

10. Jurisdiction, Severability, and Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms, this site, associated repositories, UCF/GUTT™ artifacts, licensed materials, restricted materials, or use of the framework shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, and the parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of these terms is held to be unenforceable in any jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision shall be construed, to the maximum extent permitted by law, to give effect to the original intent of the parties.

11. Updates to These Terms

The Author reserves the right to update, amend, replace, or supplement these terms at any time.

The current version posted on this site is the version in effect. Continued access to, use of, quotation from, analysis of, or interaction with this site or any UCF/GUTT™ artifact following an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, except where a repository-level LICENSE file expressly grants different rights for a specific repository or file set.

The version history of this notice is maintained and is available on request.
